Our High Waist Flare Pants are incredibly flattering and comfortable. The fabric is a high-quality holographic mermaid scales print with stretch. We are offering these bootcut pants in various inseam lengths for a more customized fit. Our model normally wears a size 4, is 5'5" with a 27" waist and 37.5" hips. She is wearing a size SMALL with a 32" inseam in the photos (and 3" heels).
